Career Highlights: Named Horizon Conference Player of the Year and was selected to the All-Defensive team in 2006-07. Named Horizon Player of the Week three times in 2006-07. Named First-Team All-Horizon and to the Horizon All-Defensive team in 2005-06. Named Second-Team All Horizon as a sophomore and All-Horizon Newcomer as a freshman.
Senior (2006-07): Led the Raiders in scoring (19.6 ppg), rebounds (5.1 rpg) assists (131) and steals (1.9 spg). Scored 20 or more points 17 times and 30 or more three times. Had 25 points on 10-for-16 shooting against Wisconsin-Green Bay in the Horizon Conference Tournament semifinal and followed that up by going 6-for-10 from three-point range for 27 points in a win over Butler in the Horizon Conference Tournament championship game. Had a 13-point, six-rebound, seven assist effort against Pittsburgh in a NCAA first-round tournament game.
Junior (2005-06): Averaged 17.9 points on 43 percent shooting. Scored 20 or more points 11 times, including a career-high 35 points in a win over Youngstown State. Poured in 33 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals in a win over Butler. Had 13 points and season-high, 12 assists in a win over Bowling Green. Hit 10 or more free throws in a game six times, including going 15-for-18 in a loss to Detroit.
Sophomore (2004-05): Averaged 15.2 points. Scored 20 or more five times, including a season-high 29 points in a loss to Akron and 28 points in a win over Illinois-Chicago. Scored in double figures 27 times. Scored in double figures in the Raiders’ last 18 games.
Freshman (2003-04): Scored in double figures 10 times with a season-high 21 points on 6-for-8 shooting and a season-high eight rebounds in a win against Youngstown State.
Strengths: Makes good decisions with the ball and has the ability to penetrate into the lane for a shot or pass. Very good outside shooter. Works screens well to free himself.
Personal: Changed name from Lynch to Wood in the summer of 2003.
