66ers Team Up With Tulsa Libraries

The Tulsa 66ers have teamed up with the Tulsa City-County Libraries for the 2011 Children’s Summer Reading Program. The initiative encourages area youth to read during their time off from school during the summer break.

If students from ages 13-18 join the program at an area library through July 30, they must read eight books and visit the library four times to earn a medal of achievement. Additionally, the student will receive a coupon booklet that includes one free voucher to a Tulsa 66ers home game.
